Weddings By Heather is only able to hold advance wedding dates with receipt of the client’s booking fee. Weddings By Heather will hold the client’s date and time for 24 hours to allow the client to pay the booking fee and mail the contract. The contract must be received within one week.

The client’s ceremony is not considered booked until the booking fee AND the contract are received. It is strongly suggested the client scan your contract, send it via email, and then mail the original.

All weddings outside of the Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Cordova, and Olive Branch city limits will be charged an additional travel fee. Within Shelby County is $25 plus $0.40 per mile. Outside of Shelby County but within 1 hour drive time each way is $50 plus $0.40 per mile. Between 1 hour - 3 hours drive time each way is $100 plus $0.40 per mile. Over 3 hours drive time is $250 plus $0.40 per mile to cover the cost of a hotel room. All mileage is calculated starting from the Officiants address to the ceremony site. All mileage will be billed round-trip.

If the client is customizing the ceremony or writing their own vows, the client is responsible for getting a copy to the Officiant no later than 48 hours before the ceremony. If the client does not get the Officiant a copy, the Officiant will substitute a traditional non-denominational ceremony or vows.

Payment must be in the form of money order, cashiers check, cash, or online payment. Any payments made through the mail must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check. Money orders and cashiers checks must be made out to Heather Persellin. No personal checks are accepted.
